Polar has been around for roughly 140 years, and makes some excellent diet grape soda! They’re manufactured in New England, but you can find them at just about any store including Publix, Dollar General, Amazon, and Walmart to name just a few.

Zevia Diet Grape Soda

Zevia Diet Grape Soda is probably one of our favorites as it has zero sugar, no artificial sweeteners, and only uses plant based ingredients. Zevia products are pretty easy to find, and you can grab them at places like WholeFoods, Sprouts, and Target to name a few.

These diet grape sodas made by Hill Country Fare make for the perfect afternoon beverage on a hot summer afternoon! These are primarily sold in Texas, so if you happen to be visiting, make sure to grab one, or five!

Squamscot Old Fashion Diet Grape Soda


Made in New Hampshire, and often out of stock, these diet grape soda’s are definitely worth it if you’re able to locate one. Check out their website for buying!

Vegan Protein Shake Recipe

Prep: 10 mins – Total: 10 mins


  • 2 cups Soy Milk (480ml)
  • 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 Medium Bananas Fresh or Frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Tbsp Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 4 Dates Pitted


  • Add the soy milk, peanut butter, banana, cocoa powder, rolled oats, chia seeds and pitted dates to the blender jug and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour out into glasses and serve immediately.

Green Smoothie Recipe – Green Smoothie Girl – How To Make Green Smoothies

Prep: 2 mins – Total: 5 minutes


  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups spinach* frozen
  • 1 medium banana frozen
  • 1 cup fruit of choice**
  • Optional add ins: protein powder, bee pollen, collagen, etc.


  1. Put ingredients into the container of a Vitamix blender in the order listed.
  2. Start blending on low speed and increase to high.
  3. Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Frozen Cherry Mojito Recipe – How To Make Cherry Mojitos


  • 1 pound bag frozen pitted cherries
  • 3 cups crushed ice, plus extra to serve if desired
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup white rum
  • Lime Simple Syrup, recipe follows
  • Lime wedges and fresh cherries, for garnish

Lime Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 limes, juiced and zested


  • Place the frozen cherries, ice, mint, rum, and lime simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime wedges and cherries.

Lime Syrup Directions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, lime juice, and lime zest over medium heat. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool to room temperature minutes before using. If making in advance, store in a sealed container within the refrigerator.
