Cream Cheese Waffle Recipe – Keto Friendly Waffle Recipe – Keto Friendly Breakfast Recipe

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/3 cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tablespoons Erythritol skip for savory waffles, replace by 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract skip for savory waffles, replace by 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until creamy and smooth. If some batter sticks to the bottom or sides of the jug, stop the blender, and use a spatula to unstick the batter on the sides/bottom. Blend again for a few more seconds.
  3. Pour the batter into a mixing bowl and let the batter rest for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Preheat a mini waffle iron (or regular waffle iron) for at least 5 minutes or until the green light of your waffle iron tells you it is ready to be used.
  5. Slightly oil the surface of the irons with a pastry brush and coconut oil or avocado oil. Don’t overoil the iron!
  6. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter per waffle – I use a mini waffle iron maker for this recipe.
  7. Bake for about 3-4 minutes in a mini waffle iron. They cook 1 minute faster in my large waffle iron so play with time from 2 minutes 30 to 4 minutes to reach your favorite texture. Release the waffle from the waffle iron maker using a fork, transfer on a cooling rack and cool down for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with sugar-free maple-flavored syrup and butter.

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Psyllium Fiber
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup hemp hearts
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 6 organic egg whites
  • 1 tsp Celtic sea
  • 1 Tbs Baking Powder (aluminum free)


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. First combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. In a blender, blend the egg whites until very foamy.
  5. Add the foamy egg whites to the dry ingredients and mix well with a spoon, or in a food processor.
  6. The dough should still be crumbly.
  7. Now add 1 cup of boiling water to the mix and keep stirring until a smoother dough forms.
  8. The dough will still be a bit crumbly but will stick together when formed into a ball.
  9. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  10. Form the dough into 6 balls.
  11. Now holding the ball in one hand stick your thumb though it, making a hole, then place the dough on the cookie sheet and form it into a bagel, pressing it together with your fingers.
  12. Sprinkle it with some sesame seeds or poppy seeds so it looks pretty!
  13. Bake at 350 for about 55 minutes.
  14. Let cool inside the oven for extra crunchy top.
  15. Makes 6 small bagels

Ham And Swiss Cheese Quiche Recipe – Keto Friendly Quiche Recipe – How To Make Ham And Cheese Quiche

Prep: 10 mins – Cook: 35 mins – Total: 45 mins


  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 8 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed zucchini (2 cups before cooking)
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 Tbsp butter


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in skillet over medium heat, add ham and and sauté until lightly browned (optional). Remove and set aside.
  3. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in skillet and add diced zucchini. Cook until slightly softened.
  4. Mix eggs, cream, milk, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  5. In lightly greases 8-9 inch, layer ham, most of the cheese and zucchini. Pour in egg mixture and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 35-40 minutes, until knife of toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
