  • 2 pieces naan
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese regular or dairy-free
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 6 grape tomatoes sliced
  • ¼ cup spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chives optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Place naan bread on a baking sheet and then spread cream cheese overtop, then sprinkle the mozzarella all over the pizza.
  3. Add the tomatoes and spinach on the outside, leaving an empty space in the center of each pizza. Crack an egg into the center, then carefully place the baking sheet into the oven. Bake pizzas for 11-12 minutes until the eggs have set and the cheese is melted.
  4. Sprinkle with chives and fresh cracked black pepper and enjoy!

Sloppy Joe Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 13.8 oz Pillsbury pizza crust
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend
  • 1/3 cup French’s fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Cook ground beef in large saute over medium-high heat with a dab of butter or margarine.
  3. Add diced onions to the pan with the ground beef while it’s cooking.
  4. Crumble ground beef well.
  5. Once ground beef is fully cooked, drain excess grease from the pan and reduce heat to low.
  6. Dump ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and onion powder into a medium mixing bowl. Stir well.
  7. Pour sauce on top of ground beef.
  8. Stir until all of the ground beef is coated in sauce and leave the pan to sit over low heat.
  9. Press pizza crust out onto a greased 10 x 15 inch baking sheet.
  10. Place the pan in the oven and bake the crust for 8 minutes.
  11. Remove the pizza crust from the oven and spread the sloppy joe mixture on top.
  12. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the sloppy joe mixture.
  13. Crumble the French’s fried onions slightly and sprinkle them on top of the cheese.
  14. Return the pizza to the oven and bake until the cheese is completely melted and the crust is nicely browned. 6-8 minutes.
  15. Remove the pizza from the oven and slice.
  16. Serve and enjoy!

Pizza And Dough Recipe

Ingredients

For the Crust

  • 1 cup warm water (around 110°F)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp active yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2-2½ cups all-purpose flour

For the Pizza

  • Sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Pre-cooked meat
  • Veggies

Directions

To Make the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a pizza pan or cookie sheet and set to the side.
  • Mix together sugar, yeast and water and let that proof for 5 minutes until it’s nice and bubbly. (If you’re using instant yeast, skip the proofing step and just mix it all together!)
  • Add olive oil to the mix and stir well.
  • Add 2 cups of flour and salt and mix together with a spatula until a ball starts to form. Add more flour as needed, 1 tbsp at a time, until you have a slightly sticky dough ball. (*See notes if you plan to freeze the dough.)
  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead into a smooth dough. You can add up to half a cup of extra flour if needed.
  • Roll dough into desired shape and transfer to your greased pan.
  • Gently use a fork to prick the dough all the way around, being careful not to poke it all the way through the crust.
  • Bake the dough on the lowest rack of oven for 5 minutes, then remove. Poke any air bubbles with a fork.

To Make the Pizza

  • Add pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice. (If you don’t like crispy toppings, add even more cheese on top of your toppings.)
  • Bake on the lower rack of oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust looks crispy and is slightly brown. (Keep an eye on it, it goes from slightly brown to overdone quickly!)
  • Let sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 100% Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1cup mozzarella cheese
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup kalamata olives
  • ½ sweet red bell pepper
  • ¼ each red onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil to drizzle

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Roll the pizza dough into 12-inch circles or use prepared pizza crust.
  • Spread the marinara sauce or tomato sauce over the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle 3⁄4 of the cheese over the sauce.
  • Top with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, red onion and garlic.
  • Sprinkle a bit salt and black pepper, and drizzle a bit olive oil over the vegetables.
  • Place remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and brown and the cheese melts.
  • Cool for a few minutes, cut into wedges. Serve warm.
